Job Description:

Join our vibrant outpatient therapy and rehabilitation team in Rahway, New Jersey, where you will engage with a diverse patient mix, including those recovering from concussions and cognitive disorders. This position operates on an 8-hour day shift, three days a week with a schedule designed to allow work-life balance while still encouraging professional development. Your daily responsibilities will include managing an average of 13 patients, utilizing your expertise to create individualized treatment plans, and possibly floating to our Cateret campus should the need arise. We welcome new graduates who have completed an outpatient affiliation and are eager to contribute to our supportive team.

With an emphasis on outpatient therapy, you’ll be working with patients aged 15 and up, presenting unique opportunities to affect change in their rehabilitation journeys. Candidates must have a valid license and a BLS certification from an accredited university.
