Job Description:

Step into a fulfilling role as a travel healthcare professional in West Burlington, Iowa, where your days will be spent in a Medical Care Unit that caters to a diverse patient population. As part of our team, you’ll embrace the dynamic nature of your position while providing care to patients who may be awaiting placement for long-term care. You’ll have the opportunity to float between the Medical Care Unit and our Inpatient Rehabilitation unit, engaging with patients who are on their journey toward recovery.

Your responsibilities will incorporate the nursing process—assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation—collaborating effectively with fellow team members to ensure high-quality care for patients with a variety of diagnoses, including geriatric, medical/surgical, and telemetry patients. If you have telemetry experience, it’s a fantastic bonus, and if not, your willingness to learn will shine! After all, every day is a new adventure in this role.
