Job Description:

Join a dedicated team of professionals in a dynamic travel healthcare contract opportunity! As a nurse in this role, you will immerse yourself in the fast-paced environment of a Level 3 NICU, working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. You’ll be the trusted partner in caring for neonatal patients, utilizing your expertise to perform initial assessments upon admission and craft a tailored plan of care aligned with unit standards.

In this assignment, you will be actively engaged in providing care, monitoring intake and output, supporting mothers with breastfeeding initiation, and administering medications with precision using bar code scanning. As part of the multidisciplinary team, your input will be invaluable during rounds as you communicate essential updates about your patient assignment. This unique opportunity allows you to not only implement necessary nursing interventions but also take the lead in adapting care plans based on continuous evaluations.
