Job Description:

Join our dedicated team as an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nurse, where you will provide critical care to seriously ill or injured patients in our cozy 3-bed ICU department. In this unique setting, you will get to engage directly with diverse patients, from post-surgical cases to those facing various medical challenges. Your role will be pivotal as you evaluate and monitor patient progress, identify any sudden or subtle changes in medical conditions, and communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and their family members. Respond to medical emergencies, and support your team on a mixed-acuity inpatient wing. Each night will bring new challenges and opportunities as you contribute to the recovery journeys of your patients in our warm, community-focused environment.
