Job Description:

Step into a pivotal role as a Nurse Navigator in Wausau, Wisconsin. This contract position is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to support patients through the complexities of lung cancer screenings and incidental lung nodule management. While the role doesn’t involve direct patient interaction, your expertise will be critical in guiding patients through their journeys, ensuring they receive the information and direction they need. You will work typical 8-hour days from 8 am to 4:30 pm, offering a stable schedule that allows for work-life balance.

Expect to utilize your strong case management experience and proficiency with Epic charting to facilitate effective communication and support among your team and patients. This role lasts for 13 weeks, allowing you to make a significant impact over the duration of your assignment.
