Job Description:

Join our exceptional team as a Respiratory Therapist in the bustling city of Boston, Massachusetts! This exciting inpatient role is specifically designed for experienced professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to tackle the challenges of critical care. You'll be overseeing ventilator decisions based on thorough patient assessments and laboratory results, utilizing your expertise gained from over five years in a Level 1 trauma facility.

Work on a 12-hour night shift schedule, committing to 36 hours per week. Your role will involve participating on the Code Blue team and applying your knowledge of lung protective ventilation and familiarity with Drager XL and V500 ventilators. Whether you're assisting in the MICU or SICU, each day will present new opportunities to make a substantial impact while furthering your professional journey in a dynamic healthcare setting.

With a specialization in pediatric care, experience in a Level III NICU is preferred, along with necessary certifications such as RRT, NPS, and/or ACCS. Your certification in MA Respiratory Care and BLS will ensure you are fully equipped to provide the highest standard of care.
