Job Description:

Join an engaging contract role as a PACU RN in Los Alamos, New Mexico, where you'll be at the heart of a vital healthcare facility for Northern New Mexico. As a crucial member of the team, your primary focus will be in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) and Preoperative areas, delivering expert care to primarily adult patients. You will be responsible for monitoring patients post-surgery, preparing them for their next steps, and ensuring their comfort during recovery. Your expertise will be needed for common procedures, including appendectomies and gallbladder removals, while providing support and care throughout the surgical experience. Get ready to take on the structured 8-hour day shifts that may involve some on-call duties during nights and weekends.
