Job Description:

As a travel nurse, you will be embarking on an exciting journey, helping a diverse array of patients on their road to recovery in a bustling hospital setting. This position emphasizes your expertise in medical-surgical nursing, particularly in caring for surgical patients both pre and post-operation. You'll become well-acquainted with engaging tasks such as monitoring patients with drains, wounds, trachs, and ostomies while delivering compassionate care and support. Enjoy the night shift as you navigate a varying degree of health challenges, ensuring consistent documentation of patient responses and collaborating closely with physicians for care plans. Your ability to handle a 5:1 ratio for surgical patients and a 3:1 for step-down patients will shine in this role, providing you with the chance to make significant impacts in real-time care.
