Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as a Travel ICU RN in the picturesque city of Carlsbad, New Mexico! Experience the thrill of working in a 12-bed ICU setting where you’ll make a significant impact every night. This position operates on a 12-hour night shift from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM, requiring flexibility as you may float to the ER and Med Surg departments.

As an ICU RN, you’ll utilize your 2+ years of experience in critical care while managing ventilators, titratable drips, and ensuring patient comfort. Your work will involve not only technical skills—think mixing medications and providing patient hygiene—but also a communicative touch as you collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care.
