This high-risk L&D position invites experienced RNs to bring their skills to a dynamic healthcare environment. Here, you’ll be actively monitoring both maternal and fetal health while assisting with the twists and turns of labor management. Your role will involve providing education to expectant mothers, supporting the delivery process, and ensuring comprehensive postpartum care. You will collaborate closely with a passionate healthcare team including OB residents, ensuring adherence to high clinical standards while navigating the unique policies and practices of various healthcare facilities.
