Job Description:

Join an exciting opportunity as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse in a specialized 24-bed Integrated Medicine unit located in Columbia, Missouri. This unique environment focuses on at-risk patients with a comprehensive safety protocol, featuring whole-unit video monitoring and ligature alarms. You will be part of a dedicated team working night shifts, providing care in a facility that promotes enhanced security and safety for both staff and patients.

As a member of the nursing team, you will be required to float as needed and work every other weekend. Your schedule will consist of three 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, allowing you the opportunity to embrace both the challenges and rewards of the profession.

Whether you're a first-time traveler or have prior experience, this role welcomes candidates with at least two years of nursing experience, and those with Trauma 1 experience will find it especially beneficial. You’ll be making a difference in a secure and supportive setting while enjoying a playful approach to patient care.
