In this specialized role, you will provide care to adult patients in a medical surgical/solid organ transplant unit, engaging with individuals pre and post organ transplant. This unique position is set within a 36-bed unit where you’ll experience the fast-paced world of transplant medicine, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive telemetry and progressive care.
