Job Description:

Join our team as a Step Down Registered Nurse and immerse yourself in an energetic blend of critical care and comprehensive patient management. As a dedicated professional, you will navigate a dynamic dual unit environment that includes both Progressive Care Unit (PCU) and Step-Down nursing. Your experience will shine as you manage cardiac drips, interpret dysrhythmias, and care for patients utilizing chest tubes. Enjoy the rhythm of 12-hour night shifts while gaining exposure to a leading Magnet and Teaching Hospital that operates as a Level I Trauma Center.

In this role, you will work collaboratively within a supportive team, caring for a diverse patient population while experiencing the unique challenges and rewards of a step-down unit.
