Job Description:

Join our team as a travel healthcare professional in Peoria, Illinois! You will be stepping into a vibrant acute care unit that maintains a mix of 29 private and semi-private rooms. As a registered nurse, you'll immerse yourself in a role that involves caring for a varied patient population dealing with a range of medical conditions, including GI bleeds, sepsis, and pulmonary embolism, ensuring that their needs are met with warmth and expertise.

Your journey will involve 12-hour night shifts, where you will collaborate with a dedicated team that includes 24-hour charge nurse coverage, ensuring support is always within reach. With a patient ratio of 5-6:1 at night and access to unit resources, such as an inpatient phlebotomy team, you’ll have the tools and support to thrive. Each shift commences with a thorough report from 7 PM, setting you up for a successful night of care.
