Job Description:

Join our flexible nursing team in the beautiful city of Hilo, Hawaii! As a night shift RN in our Flex Pool, you'll have the unique opportunity to float between various medical and surgical units, keeping your skills sharp and your workdays exciting. Your 12-hour shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM will provide a blend of routine and variety as you encounter different patient needs across departments. While documentation and patient flow will be part of your daily activities, your experience will truly shine through as you adapt to varied settings. Each week, you'll work 36 hours, with no guaranteed hours, giving you a taste of spontaneity that many nursing roles lack.
