We are seeking a skilled professional with 2 years of progressive care unit (PCU) experience to thrive in a 36-bed MS/Ortho Spine unit. Your role will involve providing high-quality care while floating between various campuses and handling both medical-surgical units and emergency department holds. As a traveler, you'll be at the forefront of patient care, ensuring you can adapt to diverse environments with grace. You'll wield your expertise, working with ratios of 4-6:1, providing you the opportunity to impact patients’ journeys significantly. With your BLS and ACLS certifications, you'll be well-prepared to manage the dynamic nature of this role.
