Job Description:

Embark on a rewarding adventure as a PCU Registered Nurse in Roanoke, Virginia! In this role, you will work three 12-hour shifts each week, from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, providing critical care in the Progressive Care Unit. You will be part of a collaborative team, ensuring patient safety and comfort while managing a typical nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5 (with a goal of 1:4). With an emphasis on flexibility, you’ll have the opportunity to float to different units as needed based on acuity, bringing your expertise and adaptability to the forefront of patient care.
