Job Description:

Join us for an exciting opportunity as a Med Surg RN in Marshfield, Wisconsin! In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our medical-surgical unit, primarily focusing on post-surgical care, including orthopedics, urology, and neurosurgery. As a part of our team, you will be working the night shift, where your skills will shine as you manage patient care for a diverse group of cases in a dynamic hospital setting.

On your nightly quest, you’ll engage in essential nursing responsibilities such as titrating drips, monitoring patient vitals, and ensuring the comfort and safety of your patients. You’ll collaborate closely with a charge nurse and enjoy a supportive atmosphere where teamwork is key. Look forward to maintaining a 1:5-6 nurse to patient ratio on certain shifts, ensuring you can provide quality care alongside your fellow healthcare professionals.
