Job Description:

Join a vibrant cardiac telemetry team as a traveler in Wausau, Wisconsin, where you will immerse yourself in a fast-paced environment dedicated to cardiac care. As a Cardiac Telemetry/Step Down RN, you will engage with a range of patients, utilizing your strong cardiac expertise as you monitor and manage post-operative procedures and various cardiac interventions. This role will not only require your clinical skills but also your ability to adapt quickly, floating to different inpatient units as needed. Your typical days will consist of 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM every other weekend and holiday, with the possibility of being on call during low census periods. It’s a place where your resilience and ability to manage change will shine, making every day both challenging and rewarding in equal measure.
