Job Description:

Join our vibrant and dedicated team as a travel healthcare professional in Bakersfield, California! We are seeking experienced Emergency Room RNs who can seamlessly float between adult and pediatric ER. Your responsibilities will include managing diverse cases ranging from minor walk-ins to critically ill patients, all while collaborating with a supportive team that values effective communication and camaraderie. This position ensures that no two days are the same, as you'll encounter a variety of cases in our bustling Emergency Room, which serves about 325 visits daily!

Your shift will immerse you into the action with 12-hour nights, allowing a balance of work and life, all while you make a difference in the community. Our adult ER functions as a STEMI receiving center and involves critical decision-making for patients of all ages, while in the pediatric wing, you will engage with children and families, providing compassionate care and support.

Requirements include three years of ER experience, with a focus on both adult and pediatric care. Ideal candidates will hold certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and are comfortable with basic EKG interpretation.
