Job Description:

Join us as a vital member of the healthcare team in Charleston, West Virginia, where you'll be stepping into the role of a PCU Registered Nurse in a dynamic 3S Intermediate Care Unit. Get ready for a thrilling experience where each shift presents new challenges! You will work 12-hour night shifts, from 7 PM to 7 AM, caring for a variety of medical patients, including those with respiratory issues, post-operative kidney transplant needs, and telemetry patients. With a guaranteed 36 or 48 hours per week, you’ll engage in critical patient management, including the interpretation of dysrhythmias and ventilator management, in a supportive environment that fosters professional growth. Experience a unique blend of teamwork and flexibility with the potential for block scheduling and the opportunity to float as needed. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating the complexities of intermediate care, ensuring each patient receives the attention they deserve.
