Job Description:
Join the adventurous team as a Travel Registered Nurse! You'll be immersed in a lively and collaborative environment, working on a 40-bed medical-surgical unit dedicated to providing exceptional care for a diverse range of patients. In this role, you will engage with a team-based care delivery model that combines the expertise of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Nursing Assistants, along with the innovative support of Virtual Nurses who ensure efficient administrative processes. Your journey will involve managing a variety of complex cases, from telemetry monitoring to advanced wound care.
Your specific responsibilities will include administering titratable drips, managing chest tubes and tracheostomies, and providing care during critical phases such as end-of-life situations. You'll also be at the forefront of a system that allows healthcare professionals to utilize their skills to the fullest, promoting teamwork, communication, and leadership in every shift.
