Job Description:

Join our dedicated team as a travel Registered Nurse in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU), where your expertise will be crucial in providing compassionate care to critically ill patients. As part of a dynamic team in Battle Creek, Michigan, you will work three 12-hour day shifts, focusing on critical interventions for patients with complex needs including respiratory failures and cardiac issues. Engage in exciting challenges each day, all while ensuring that our high-acuity patients receive the specialized attention they require. We welcome first-time travelers and seasoned MICU professionals alike! Your responsibilities will include monitoring heart rhythms, managing emergency protocols, and assisting with advanced procedures such as A-line and trach placements. With a mixture of patients in both ICU and Progressive Care Units, every shift promises to be a blend of hands-on nursing and personal challenge.
