Job Description:

Join us in Anchorage, Alaska, as a dedicated Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse, where you will play a crucial role in supporting expectant families during one of life's most significant moments. In this position, you will work in a dynamic acute care setting, managing a patient ratio of 1:2 while providing care and assistance in labor, delivery, and postpartum units. Your expertise will guide families through the process, ensuring a supportive environment that recognizes the cultural sensitivity needed for the Alaska Native population.

Embrace a night shift schedule that features three 12-hour shifts per week from 7 PM to 7 AM, allowing you to immerse yourself fully in each patient's journey. This is a unique opportunity for seasoned nurses with at least two years of experience, including those who are venturing into travel nursing for the first time. With a focus on teamwork, you will float to various areas within the Labor and Delivery unit as needed, contributing to a comprehensive care experience.
