Your primary responsibility will involve assessing and treating patients, developing personalized rehabilitation plans, and helping them regain mobility and independence. Enjoy a fulfilling schedule of 8-hour shifts, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with the added adventure of every fifth weekend shift dedicated to patient admissions. As you travel across thirteen counties, you’ll experience the smart planning of fewer patients on days with high mileage, allowing you to deliver quality care while enjoying the scenery.

We seek a passionate and licensed Physical Therapist with at least one year of home health experience. Your dedication to helping patients achieve their goals will make all the difference!
