Job Description:

Join a vibrant team in Prestonsburg, Kentucky, as a traveling healthcare professional, where your expertise will play a pivotal role in the operating room. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in managing general surgical cases such as endarterectomies with stents and patches, ortho procedures including totals and arthroscopies, as well as laparoscopic surgeries and more. You’ll be immersed in a busy setting, providing relief for various procedures, including ENT tasks like tube placements and thyroid repairs.

Your week will consist of 40 hours, working 8-hour shifts, with the requirement to be on call for one shift per week and one weekend per month. With a minimum of 2 years of experience and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS, you will navigate cases ranging from general surgery to specialized fields, ensuring every patient receives the highest standard of care. This contract is ideal for those who thrive under pressure and enjoy a diverse range of surgical experiences.
