Job Description:

Join the vibrant healthcare community in Charlottesville, Virginia, as a Step Down Registered Nurse, where your crucial role supports patients navigating their recovery journey. In this 12-bed unit, you’ll engage with a diverse patient population, including those transitioning from the Neuro ICU and recovering from neuro trauma, post-operative spine procedures, and various neurological issues. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to be part of a professional team that excels in critical care and neuroscience principles, while also enjoying the beauty of Virginia.

You’ll work 12-hour night shifts, providing care to a manageable patient ratio of 1:3, allowing you to focus on delivering quality support. The position is structured as 48-hour work weeks over a 13-week duration, with every other weekend and holiday required. With full-time hours, you’ll find a rhythm that suits your lifestyle, and we can even work with you to accommodate up to 40 hours for time off.

If you’re an energetic RN with BLS, ACLS, and NIH certification (NIH can be submitted pending prior to start), and have experience with Epic, let this rewarding travel assignment provide you with not just a job, but an experience filled with growth and adventure!
