Job Description:

Join us for an exciting opportunity as a Telemetry Registered Nurse in Tyler, Texas! You will be at the forefront of cardiac care, working in a 36-bed unit that provides care to a diverse patient population ranging from young adults to geriatric patients. In this role, you will monitor vital signs, interpret telemetry data, and manage patients recovering from cardiac interventions such as surgery and stent placements. Your expertise will guide you as you float to units of equal or lesser acuity, providing critical support where needed.
