Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as a Step Down Registered Nurse at a premier facility in Cleveland, Ohio. In this role, you will be part of the HVTI-Stepdown Float Pool, providing critical care in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring patients recovering from surgical procedures and managing their transition from intensive care to a more stable state. Each shift presents a unique challenge, making every day an opportunity to make a significant impact on patient outcomes.

You will work 3x12-hour rotating shifts, alternating between day and night, which allows for extended time off to recharge and explore the surrounding areas. The unique nature of this role means that you will engage with a variety of patients, utilizing your cardiac stepdown expertise. Your skills in ECG rhythm recognition and adherence to safeMedicate protocols will be essential as you provide quality care throughout your assignment.
