Job Description:

Are you ready to embark on an exciting adventure as a travel healthcare professional? Join our team and step into the role of an RN in the PCU Float Pool at Inova Alexandria Hospital, where every shift offers a new experience! You will float to various units, including PCU, overflow, medical, and surgical floors, providing care that ensures flexibility and variety in your daily routine. This position demands proficiency in neuro assessments and experience with cardiac drips, specifically Cardizem, Amiodarone, and Heparin. With a requirement for 1-2 years of experience and previous travel familiarity, you’ll utilize your skills in a supportive environment that nurtures professional growth.

Your typical shift will challenge you with a blend of patient needs—managing strokes, chest pain, and post-surgical care—while effectively monitoring cardiac rhythms and titrating drips. Experience the thrill of dynamic teamwork as you adapt to different units every shift! To thrive in this role, familiarity with EPIC and the ability to read and interpret ECGs will be essential.
