As a travel healthcare professional, you will be working 12-hour night shifts, diving headfirst into a new unit that promises both challenge and growth. Here, you'll utilize your expertise in stepdown nursing while managing patient care in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a valid Kentucky RN or compact license, along with BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications.

Your previous experience in a PCU or stepdown setting will allow you to make a significant impact as you navigate through ratios that can shift with changing census. With orientations conducted bi-weekly, your onboarding process will seamlessly integrate you into the team, ensuring that you're well-prepared to face the thrills of the night shift.
