Job Description:

Step into the role of an Acute Care Medical Surgical RN in Bluffton, Indiana, where the nights shine bright—quite literally! You'll be working 12-hour night shifts, from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, providing vital support in a close-knit medical environment with a focus on telemetry and progressive care. This unique role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience and your Indiana RN licensure, along with BLS and ACLS certifications. PALS is preferred and familiarity with Cerner EMR will give you a leg up.

In this position, you will not have floating requirements or calls interrupting your well-deserved rest after a shift. Instead, you’ll focus on performing nursing assessments, starting IVs, and working within a manageable patient ratio that fosters quality care and a supportive team dynamic.
