Join us in beautiful Spearfish, South Dakota, as a Registered Nurse specializing in Labor & Delivery. This 13-week travel assignment offers an exciting opportunity for nurses with L&D experience looking to expand their horizons while delivering care in a cozy, community-centered hospital setting. Here, you’ll have the chance to work with couples during one of the most pivotal moments of their lives, supporting laboring patients, postpartum care, and newborns in a Level 2A nursery. Expect to collaborate with a dedicated team in a cozy unit while enjoying the naturally stunning surroundings of the Black Hills.

As a member of the L&D team, you'll engage directly with patients and their families, ensuring a supportive environment during labor, recovery, and beyond. No two shifts will be alike as you manage a couplet care system while leveraging advanced Elect fetal monitoring techniques. Travelers with prior experience will be welcomed, but first-time travelers with a strong background in Labor & Delivery are encouraged to apply! Your expertise will be essential in addressing varied patient needs, from laboring mothers to newborns requiring attentive care.
