Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as an Observation Unit Registered Nurse in Charleston, South Carolina! This role is perfect for RNs who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to engage in a collaborative healthcare setting. You will work in a six-bay observation unit inside a surgery center, specializing in diverse cases ranging from orthopedic procedures to interventional radiology and GI scopes.

Your shift will consist of 12-hour night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, offering a unique schedule that guarantees your weekends and holidays off—perfect for those who want to savor life's moments outside of work. Each night, you’ll be part of a dedicated team of two RNs and one PCT, ensuring a supportive environment while providing pre and post-operative care for a variety of patients.

As a critical member of our team, you will collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and operating room nurses to deliver exceptional care. This role not only offers you a chance to utilize your clinical skills but also allows you to establish meaningful connections within the healthcare team and with patients.
