Job Description:

Step into the role of an Observation Unit Registered Nurse and become an integral part of a six-bay 23-hour observation unit in a surgical center. Here, you will work with a dedicated team of two RNs and one PCT, ensuring the seamless operation of our fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will involve supporting patients who are recovering from orthopedic surgeries and interventional procedures, collaborating closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and OR nurses. Get ready to enjoy your nights with a consistent 12-hour shift, where the focus will be on patient assessment and preparation for discharge or further care. And the best part? Your weekends are free, allowing for plenty of time to unwind and explore!
