Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as a skilled Medical ICU RN in Fort Smith, Arkansas, where the nights are vibrant and full of critical challenges! You will work 3 consecutive 12-hour shifts, bringing your expertise to a fast-paced environment. Your focus will be on critical care duties, ensuring patient safety and comfort through diligent monitoring and knowledgeable responses to complex situations. With a focus on teamwork, you will float between the ICU and stepdown units as needed, contributing to a collaborative care system.
