Job Description:

Join our dynamic team in Urbana, Illinois as a dedicated travel nurse for a rewarding contract position! You will take on the responsibilities of providing exceptional care within our Emergency Department (ED). Your main focus will be on conducting assessments upon patient admission, crafting individualized plans of care, and actively implementing nursing interventions that align with both unit standards and patient/family needs. You'll engage in continuous evaluation and modifications of these plans, ensuring that patient safety and satisfaction remain priorities throughout your tenure.

Expect to work day shifts from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM, along with a couple of call shifts bi-weekly. Embrace the thrill of adapting to a fast-paced environment while also spending two weeks on night rotations! This unique role provides you the chance to deepen your expertise while collaborating closely with a skilled healthcare team.
