Job Description:

Join us for an exciting opportunity as a Respiratory Therapist in Brockton, Massachusetts! In this role, you will work the night shift, providing essential support in both the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) and the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU). You’ll be part of a dedicated Code Blue team, where your expertise in ventilator management and patient assessment will be critical in making vital ventilator decisions. While you will have independence in your role, collaboration with fellow healthcare professionals will ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Expect a structured 12-hour shift, where every night brings a new set of challenges and opportunities to make a difference. With no on-call requirements, you can plan your life outside of work while still being a crucial part of the healthcare team. If you have a knack for lung protective ventilation and bring five or more years of recent critical care experience, we want to hear from you! Your familiarity with Drager XL and v500 Vents will be a valuable asset, particularly if you have experience with NICU patients. This role is perfect for those who thrive under pressure and enjoy a variety of experiences every night.
