Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as a Respiratory Therapist in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Pediatric departments of a community hospital in the vibrant city of Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is not just another contract; it's an opportunity to make a difference for our tiniest patients. You will work 12-hour night shifts, helping to provide essential respiratory care using your expertise with neonates and pediatrics. Your responsibilities will include managing ventilators, administering medications, and performing critical assessments like arterial blood gases. Each night, you’ll tackle a variety of therapies and interventions in a supportive, fast-paced environment that values teamwork and clinical excellence.
