You will be working in a fast-paced OB department known for its hands-on, collaborative environment. Your typical day will involve managing laboring mothers, overseeing postpartum recovery, and ensuring that both mothers and newborns receive the best care possible. With a manageable labor ratio of 1-2:1 and a postpartum ratio of 2-3:1, you’ll have the chance to build meaningful connections while providing exceptional support. The day shift, consisting of three 12-hour days, allows for a balanced work-life rhythm as you immerse yourself in this fulfilling specialty.
