Job Description:

Join our team as a PCU Registered Nurse, where your skills will shine amid the vibrant pulse of a progressive care unit in Indianapolis. In this role, you will closely monitor patients with cardiovascular diagnoses, including congestive heart failure and cardiac arrhythmias, all while ensuring a supportive and educational environment. Your expertise will be essential as you care for patients recovering from catheter lab procedures and other critical processes.

As a core member of our unit, you may occasionally take on charge nurse responsibilities, helping to lead a team dedicated to exceptional care. Your flexibility with weekend shifts is vital, with an expectation to work about 50% of weekends based on unit needs. With your two years of nursing experience in trauma Level I care, you’ll be well-prepared to handle the various patient needs and contribute to the growth of nursing students through precepting opportunities.

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Shift: 12-hour days (07:00 - 19:30)
Duration: 36 hours per week for 13 weeks
