In this contract role, you will engage in critical tasks such as managing cardiac drips, performing sheath removals, and interpreting dysrhythmias. Your experience in a cardiac floor setting will serve you well as you navigate the challenges of a fluctuating patient acuity ratio of 1:4 for surgical step-down and up to 1:6 for lower acuity cases.
