Job Description:

Join a vibrant team as a PACU Registered Nurse, where your critical care expertise will shine in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll be working at a Level I Trauma Center, specifically in a Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) that accommodates a diverse population—including adults and occasionally adolescents. With 38 patient bays, you'll engage in the recovery of patients from an exciting array of surgical specialties including neurosurgery, orthopedics, and more—just think of it as a front-row seat to medical marvels!

Your schedule will consist of 12-hour shifts, three times a week, allowing you to balance work and personal time while making a significant impact in the recovery process. With no weekend or holiday requirements, you'll have more flexibility to explore both your professional and personal passions.

We’re seeking a qualified candidate with at least 2-3 years of Level I ICU experience and a keen understanding of critical care procedures. Your role will involve administering blood products, monitoring invasive lines, and caring for ventilated patients. The unit functions around the clock, and your ability to adapt and collaborate with the transport team is vital.
