You’ll work full-time, 40 hours per week, during the night shift (11:00 pm - 7:30 am) and will enjoy every other weekend off – perfect for those who appreciate a little daytime adventure!

As a key member of our healthcare team, your responsibilities will encompass both direct and indirect care to individuals dealing with psychiatric disorders. You will maintain a safe and therapeutic environment while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create individualized treatment plans. Your insights will directly contribute to the mental health and recovery of the individuals you work with, all in a supportive, non-judgmental atmosphere that truly values your voice and input.

To be successful in this role, you must possess a registered nurse license in Massachusetts, with a preference for a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. A minimum of one year of inpatient psychiatric experience and advanced knowledge of behavioral health treatment modalities are essential. Your ability to think critically, manage crises, and foster therapeutic relationships will be crucial in this rewarding position.
