Job Description:

As a PICU Registered Nurse in Seattle, you'll step into a vibrant role where your expertise will help shape the lives of young patients in a dynamic pediatric environment. With the unique opportunity to work in a Pediatric Magnet facility, you'll embrace the challenge of caring for critically ill children while collaborating with a talented multidisciplinary team. Your standard will be to navigate a 3x12 rotating or straight night schedule, ensuring that you adapt to the rhythms of both day and night shifts seamlessly.

In this role, you will be engaging directly with young patients who may require careful monitoring and specialized care. Each shift will offer a variety of cases, providing you the chance to utilize your 2+ years of PICU experience, particularly in a facility with a 20-bed PICU or larger. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to float to the CICU after a brief orientation, enhancing your skills while supporting the needs of the unit.
