Job Description:

Join our team as a Pediatric Medical ICU Registered Nurse in the vibrant city of Boston, Massachusetts, where your expertise will shine in an acute care setting. This role is designed for nurses passionate about working with pediatric patients, with a focus on ventilator management and critical care. You'll be part of a dynamic team within the Pediatric MICU, where you'll encounter a unique blend of challenges that will allow you to grow both professionally and personally in just 13 weeks!

Your shifts will rotate every 50/50 between day and night, allowing you to adapt your schedule while still providing consistent care. As you handle varying patient interactions, you’ll develop skills that span more than just direct care, contributing to the broader healthcare team across critical care units, including CICU, MSICU, and NICU as needed. Your experience is invaluable, and with a welcoming atmosphere for first-timers, you’re sure to feel right at home as you embark on this exciting journey.
