Job Description:

Join our team as a skilled Respiratory Therapist in vibrant Phoenix, Arizona! In this role, you will bring your expertise in high-acuity settings, specializing in both adult and NICU patients. With a focus on proficiency in advanced respiratory technologies such as Servo I, Jets, and Oscillators, you'll tackle approximately 35-40 procedures daily. Your duties will include assisting with bronchoscopy procedures and managing a variety of ventilators. Enjoy a dynamic, hands-on role where your clinical skills will shine as you respond to Clinical Response Team calls and perform arterial blood gas analyses.

As part of a collaborative team environment, you will lead responsibilities on every shift while working a 12-hour night schedule, three days a week. Orientation includes two days on the regular floor to validate your skills, ensuring you’re ready to make a direct impact. You'll work predominantly in a dedicated area, allowing you to efficiently utilize your time and expertise without floating to outpatient settings.
