Job Description:

Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Peoria, IL, where you will engage in a fulfilling and challenging role with a maximum of 36 hours a week. You will work days from 7 AM to 7:30 PM, managing a group of patients and providing direct nursing care using the latest practices and technologies. Rather than watching the clock, you will take charge of your own practice, supporting both patient and team needs. Your days will blend responsibility, critical thinking, and collaboration, all while building rapport with your unit's healthcare team. Expect to utilize your skills in assessment, care planning, and intervention to guide your patients towards health objectives.
