Job Description:

Join our team as a Step Down Registered Nurse in South Bend, Indiana, where you'll have the opportunity to provide care for patients on the MS-7th Floor Intermediate Unit. This role requires a firm grasp of cardiac rhythms, as you'll be working in a specialized cardiac environment. You'll enjoy 12-hour night shifts (7 PM to 7:30 AM) with every other weekend off, allowing you to balance work with personal time effectively. Your focus will be on telemetry monitoring and administering various cardiac drips, which may include Heparin, Cardizem, Amiodarone, and Lasix. Whether you're a seasoned traveler or taking your first step into travel nursing, you’ll be supported in delivering quality healthcare in a setting that promotes learning and professional growth.
