Job Description:

Join us for an exciting opportunity as a Step Down Registered Nurse in Kalamazoo, Michigan, where your expertise will shine in a dedicated 22-bed stepdown unit. You’ll be stepping into a lively environment where you’ll provide vital care during the nighttime hours. This assignment is unique, offering a chance to work with patients transitioning from intensive care, ensuring they're on their way to recovery under your skilled watch. With shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, you'll enjoy the quiet of the night while being a crucial part of the healthcare team. Your role will involve monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals to create seamless care plans. Plus, your Caribbean Blue scrubs will have you looking sharp while you do it!
